Celebrating the 250th anniversary of the birth of our nation goes on and on through the rest of 2026. Learning about events leading up to this historic signing are part of remembering what men and women died for to protect a new nation.
Dr. Marie Hallion, who curated America 250! The Revolution, will continue to educate anyone and everyone who want the details surrounding this period in our history. The title of this presentation is “The Road to Independence: Siege of Boston (1775-1776) and Colonial Resistance.”
Please bring a sack lunch to this free event at noon on Friday, October 9, 2026 at the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida at 115 Westview Ave Valparaiso, Florida 32580.
